These guys were great! My son needed a circumcision revision and he was only 11 months old. They were so good with him and me considering I had a lot of anxiety about anesthesia. I would highly recommend them! I saw Dr. Hibbert and his PA, Chad Jarvis. Both were great!
I went to see Chad Jarvis, PA-C, he was very thorough, he addressed all my concerns quickly and with compassion, any type of urology issue for a man is awkward. He found my problem quickly, verified it with several tests, put a plan into place and I’m healthy as a horse now. Absolutely 5 star service in my experience with this clinic.
I am a business owner in construction, therefore I know a lot of business owners. You can really tell the difference in someone working for the money and someone working because they love what they do. When I got cancer, I had never really even been to a hospital. I now realize how different doctors can be. You always want to click with your doctor and feel good and trust him. Well looking back there was not one time I questioned what Dr. Hibbert thought. In fact I would tell my family and friends to go to him. I know if I ever need anything again, I would go to Dr. Hibbert. That was the first time I left the doctors and felt like I should send a thank you card to the staff for making my appointments; for calling to check on me; for my doctor REALLY caring about a patient. If he would see me for a cold I would choose to see Dr. Hibbert!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Hibbert/Tooele Urology for close to 3 years and can’t say enough about the care I have received. From entering his office and working with his wonderful staff, to the cleanliness and order of his exam rooms, all the way to the check out process – his office and their professionalism is second to none. As for the care provided, I truly appreciate the time he and his Physician Assistant; Chad Jarvis dedicate to answering my questions and making sure I understand my treatment plan or any planned procedures. This office truly cares about me as a patient and as an individual.
